Tellulah Darling writes YA & New Adult romantic comedy because her first kiss sucked and she's compensating.
Sassy girls. Swoony boys. What could go wrong?
I tend to have massive issues with NA books. So yay for Understatement that broke the curse. This m/m romance was a delight. Yes, the characters still have baggage and past history to overcome but there was no "broken" person. Messed up, flawed but not in an "now that you're here and you love me, I'll be fine way." Graham and Rikker struggle through their lives and love in a way that felt really authentic to me and firmly put them in charge of their own personal growth. Plus the love story, was so sweet. Really glad to have found this book.
