Tellulah Darling writes YA & New Adult romantic comedy because her first kiss sucked and she's compensating.
Sassy girls. Swoony boys. What could go wrong?
It started off slow and took me a bit to get into it, but once I did, I really enjoyed myself. We're all reader girls (and guys) here so I'm betting books with unique takes on libraries have a wide appeal. The mythology was great - libraries where bodies or "histories" are stored with keepers who must return the ones who awake. Very clever. There wasn't exactly a love triangle here, but there were complications, again all well done. Great MC, great love interest.
The funny thing is, I was going to say how glad I was that this was a stand-alone because I really thought it was. Now I find out it's not. And I'm not sure how I feel about that. I think I'm going to have to rely on all of you to decide if I want to keep going with this series or just enjoy the slice of it I read.
