Tellulah Darling writes YA & New Adult romantic comedy because her first kiss sucked and she's compensating.
Sassy girls. Swoony boys. What could go wrong?
My initial thought was that I'd have a hard time getting past the premise of a married couple getting into a sexual relationship with a friend to help him past the demons of a previous relationship. I figured it would be hot - or not and that would be what I'd decide it on. And while it definitely fell into the hot category, I was surprised by the emotional arc that Witt crafted in the protagonist. The reasons for doing this still irked me, yet I felt Josh's emotional confusion to be portrayed really well. Worth picking up.
