Dev works her magic yet again
Be still my heart. There is something about Sonali Dev's sumptuous storytelling that makes me want to hoard her stories like precious gems. This book is absolutely as wonderful as her first novel. Ria and Vikram's story is a painful journey complicated by the shadow of mental illness and an extreme desire to keep the ones you love from being hurt. But they are so right for each other in every glance and frustrated gesture, that I stayed tense over their fate the entire time I read this. Dev's books are one-sitting reads. There is no way that once I pick them up, I can put them down. Absolute gorgeousity.
