Tellulah Darling writes YA & New Adult romantic comedy because her first kiss sucked and she's compensating.
Sassy girls. Swoony boys. What could go wrong?
I would have bailed but I figured that since I'd started reading, might as well let it count towards my real books challenge. So Reilly has a stalker ex-boyfriend and decides to go to fantasy spy camp. O-kay. Because that fantasy spy camp is self-defense. Anyway, murder and mayhem ensue.
My issue was that the entire thing was waaaay too wacky. Everyone was snarky, the plot felt like the author had just wanted to throw random wacky stuff in, instead of it stemming organically from character and ultimately, I just didn't care and wanted it over with.
